Biography:
Leigh Rifenburg is the Chief Curator for the Delaware Historical Society and has a background in academic librarianship and archival collections care and management, with a special interest in nineteenth-century photography and paper ephemera. Prior to joining DHS, she spent nine years on the staff at the University of Delaware Library. Leigh holds an M.L.I.S. from Drexel University. Her classes offer hands-on, practical experience working with archival collections and focus on reparative archival description, intentional collecting, and broadening collections access and engagement through sustainable digitization.
